I saw a new therapist this morning.

I know things are not going to change for me over night and it will take time before I start to feel drastically better, but I think this therapist will be a good fit for me. It was my first time talking with her but I instantly felt comfortable with her. I really think this can work and the overwhelming "omg I can't do this for one more day" feeling was starting to subside when I left.

  • What's the latest on your MIL?

Is she still being supportive or did her whole apology turn out to be fake or a way for her to get something?  Is the ex still living with her?

For awhile she was very supportive, but there has been too much that has happened between him and I over the last month and I don't trust anyone in his family and I want nothing to do with them. So for now, her and I are not speaking. He is still living with his parents and they are supporting him 100% because he decided it was necessary to quit his job.

You are beautiful.  And Smart.  And a good mom.  And you are going to kick this pig and be ok.  Call me if you need anything.  I'm not far away :-)

Seriously, people. If your faith in humanity is destroyed because your parents told you there was a Santa Claus and as it turns out there is no Santa Claus, you are an ignorant, hypersensitive cry baby with absolutely zero perspective. - UnderwaterRhymes
