What to do with prepared polenta
I have a tube of polenta that I picked up at the grocery store and don't seem to be using. Any ideas/recipes?
Re: What to do with prepared polenta
I'd cut it into slices, then pan-fry it a little. Serve with a ragout of sorts -either a veg one like mushroom, or something like beef/chicken.
You could also slice it and then layer it with lasagna type ingredients and bake.

I know I'm really late on this thread but you can slice it, pan fry it and serve with butter and maple syrup.
