I posted a similar question a couple of months ago, but we are finally having our outside trim, soffit and fascia painted this weekend. We live in an old, all red brick house. All of the trim on the house is wood, no aluminum or vinyl except for white vinyl trim on the exterior windows. When I posted in the past, I was given a link to a color blog that mentioned some trim paint colors that work well with red brick. I tested a couple against our brick and the one that I am leaning towards is Benjamin Moore Ashwood. There is a very slight greenish tint to the paint...from the sample it doesn't look like it would be overwhelmingly green but I'm getting nervous about the color being all over the house. So...WWYD...take a risk and use the ashwood, or stick with plain white? White is what we currently have and it seems so stark against the brick...TIA!
