We live on DH's salary and save mine - for new vehicles, kids college, vacations and other non essential or luxury spending.

I honestly have no idea. I know we put money into our savings account, but our daycare bill gets paid out of there (My MIL can access our savings -- we are a branch off of her account -- but not our checking and can transfer to SIL, who watches DS, so she takes it out of there). I usually don't pay much attention to it. (I'm awful at finances, though I'm good at writing checks for bills. I make up for it in organization skills!)
