I've done a similar version of this and it was good. This looks like it might be better even.
The one I do is with chili powder, garlic and then you roll all of it in brown sugar. yum. I 'll have to try this other one now.
I am battling with myself to click or not to click on the link you posted..............you had me at bacon and gouda.................cheese and bacon...........it does not get any better than that............
It would go PERFECT with bacon wrapped cream cheese stuffed jalapenos hot off the grill..............hmmmmmmmmmm.......cheesy
