How does that sound? It is at a park, so I won't have a kitchen. I will be using chafing dishes to keep the taco/rice/beans warm.
Should I add guacamole?
I have a vegetarian, and some gluten free people, do you think I have enough alternatives?
Any other thoughts?
Re: Critique my Fiesta menu!
nom nom. sounds yummy!
add corn tortillas for the gluten free person and real margaritas for the adults
This, and maybe some some sauted mushrooms and peppers for the vegetarian to make tacos that have more than lettuce in them.
Really? That's interesting...
Good idea too about some veggies, maybe I can get some fajita veggies to make veggie tacos..
