Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

any non-dessert or beverage uses for cream of coconut?
i used some for a cake & have it left over...but don't really want to do drinks or another dessert...anyone know of recipes that use it (cream of coconut, not coconut milk...)?

I use it when I make laksa and other SE Asian soups. I believe David Thompson's recipe for laksa with beef and dried prawns can be found online--it is one of my favorites.
