Do You Get Paid Once a Month?

How do you do your groceries? I usually shop at one time and make Costco runs and the grocery run then two weeks later replenish what is low but I don't think this is really working well for me. What do you do?

I get paid once a month.  I grocery shop about twice a week.  I'm not sure how one has any bearing on the other.

2x a month. dh goes grocery shopping once a week for staples and i hit my fave specialty shops for anything else i need when i need it-like my local italian market, my butcher, fish shop etc...

i'm not sure how once or twice a month being paid makes any difference either..............

I get paid once a month.  I have all of my main bills (and savings) taken out at the beginning so that we know how much there is left to spend.  I grocery shop once a week and we try to keep it around $75/week in grocery bills.  Sometimes we go over but it all balances out in the end.

We get paid once a month. We go shopping almost every day (we don't have a car and the grocery store is close). We take out our grocery budget at the beginning of the month and just pay cash as we go.

I get paid 2x a month, DH gets paid once a month.

We grocery shop weekly, always have.

DH gets paid twice a month and I get paid every other Wednesday so usually twice a month (but in May three!). I shop once a week. We have a grocery budget according to our pay schedules and I create the week's meal plans. I tried to shop for two weeks worth of meals once but it was too difficult, our tastes change all the time. So now it's just once a week.

I get paid once a month and my husband, the bread winner, gets paid about every other month.  We grocery shop weekly. 

If the timing of your paycheck impacts your ability to go grocery shopping, you may want to post your budget for MM to help.  I mean that in the nicest way possible - it is a great feeling to have an accurate budget and live accordingly.
