It's going to cost $400 to replace my damn broken bathroom window, and I just found out my family's dog is at the vet and not expected to make it. (He's my favorite dog in the whole world, belongs to my brother who is graduating high school in 3 weeks, he's going to be crushed).
If bad news comes in 3s, I'm going home and going to bed to avoid #3.
Re: Dammit
I'm sorry abot your puppeh
Dogs are better than people. Losing them sucks.
Can you replace the glass in the window yourself? That might be cheaper, and i've done it, it's not hard
Thanks, kip. I"m actually just so-so on dogs, but this one i love so much. He's the perfect dog :-(
The whole reason the glass is broken in the window is because I went to open it the other day and realized that the handle was broken so it wouldn't open more than 2-3 inches (they're old crank style aluminum windows from the 50s) and apparently forgot to re-tighten it. So the whole thing has to be replaced anyway, and it's an odd size.
It's just always something. (See why I can't "save" any money for an IUD? I'd be 60 before I had enough money to pay for it! lol)
