Our gym's pool (outdoors, NorCal) opened yesterday. I spent about an hour doing my first real swim workout of the season. I did remember to apply sunscreen, but apparenlty I'm a little forgetful. Now I have a sunburn. On my BUTT. I totally forgot to apply any sunscreen to my bottom half and there's a definite line where my swimsuit stops. Doh. This is the most uncomfortable burn I've had in a really long time - sitting, standing, wearing underwear ... everything is uncomfortable. Don't get me started on spin class this morning.
So PSA - if you're going to be outside this summer in a swimsuit, make sure you get the line along your butt where your swimsuit stops.

Re: Sunburn. A PSA.
I did the same thing on Monday - except I forgot my lower back too, and I fried.
Then I learned that full fat sour cream is a miracle healer for sunburn. I thought it was a joke when someone told me, but it made mine almost completely go away. It looks ridiculous, but it might be worth a shot!
