I did, I had a nice 4m along the skukill (sp?) And a good 5 around Penns Landing. I decided to do a12m run before I left and then did a longer taper before my half last weekend.

The word was used in my post below this afternoon about "words of wisdom" or whatever the hell I called it, and I already used it in another sentence tonight too! I plan to use it once each day.  More if necessary. Which will probably be the case.
