Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

...I've been dancing around in your blogs all morning __ cupcakes
I'm looking for a few Cinco de Mayo cupcakes. I've been reading through blogs and came across a few that I may attempt: Tres Leches, Churro, and the Margarita cupcake. I will be using a box mix for these, my question is can I just add flavor to the mix to get the same effect?
Tres Leches- add the milk mixture to the cake, Churro- add cinnamon, The Margarita add some tequila/salt/lime?
I plan on playing around with the frosting on each. I don't expect these to be amazing, and wonder if it's a waste of time due to the shortcut of a box mix?
Thoughts?
