It appears the rest of you are just as psyched about being awake as I am. I can't wait for Saturday so I can sleep in.
Twin boys due 7/25/12
Re: Are we there yet?
E brought S and D up when he was getting ready to leave and they decided today was not the day I get to sleep in. I don't have to be at work until 9:30 I just wanted to sleep. Oh well.
I'm so looking forward to this weekend. Other than maybe going over to our friends and hanging by their pool we don't have anything planned and that makes me so happy because after this weekend the next few are nuts!
I have to cut my grass today and I'm not looking forward to it. And I need to start packing which I'm slacking on.
I'm dreading the 12 hour drive I'm doing on Saturday by myself, but am very excited to go home for 2 weeks.
*sigh*
I am so tired. H is getting ready to leave and putting in 16 hour days at work, trying to tie up loose ends with his squad. I am studying for finals.
I am taking poor Sam to the vet today, he has a pretty ugly rash on his legs. I feel so bad for him, because it looks so painful.
Tired...
But, yep, awake and moving. Heck, I've even done my morning workout and a few chores already.
I am pretty excited about tonight - some friends and I are heading to a knitting shop we all like in the town next to us. Should be fun! And I need to pick up a couple things before I head out on my next business trip. I've busted all my double point size 2 needle sets, and I'm working on a fancy pair of socks that needs size 2 double points.
I also finished a pair of socks for mom yesterday, so I'm just casting on the next pair now. They'll be my brainless travel project for the trip... It's pretty yarn, blue and gray self-striping...
Yeah, not psyched at all about being awake. Here's how my night went from about 11:00 until about 6:00- sleep for an hour or so, wake up, pee, toss, turn, rinse, repeat. I'm thisclose to taking something to help me sleep at night, but I don't want to since I know my sleep schedule will be all wonky in 4 months anyway, but something has to give.
I'm getting REALLY antsy about getting stuff done at the house so we can get the baby's room ready. So much so that I'm seriously tempted to take tomorrow off and just start emptying the spare room and throwing sh!t in the garage with the hope that it will motivate A to start cleaning out his storage units so we can transfer stuff from our garage to the storage units. I really want to have the majority of the room done by 32 weeks since that's when I popped B out. I know realistically that the chances of that happening again are really low, but I want to be prepared. And that's only 10 weeks away. Plus we have to factor in wedding stuff that we need to do still and a friend's wedding 2 weekends before ours that is OOT so really we only have like 7-8 weekends to get stuff ready for this baby. It's starting to stress me out. But I need to save as much of my vacation time as I can for the wedding and for when I have the baby so I hesitate to take tomorrow off. Granted, people can donate sick leave to me during my maternity leave, but still....I feel like we have a solid 2 weeks of work to do between the house and the storage units but that it's never going to get done.
*sigh*

Rudi has gotten so used to my 3:30am bathroom trip that when I slept until 4 this morning, he was so stressed out he puked all over his bed. He had been doing so well.
20ish weeks is when my urge to have everything done NOW kicked in too. Pregnancy has flown by, so it's hard to tell myself we still have two months.
I wish people would stop sharing their pcs/follow on horror stories with us. I'm sorry all of your follow on requests were denied, even the one to come back HERE after your year in Korea is up. But I wish you luck with the equals listing. Don't put that evil on me.
That and I can't believe how fast everyone's pregnancies are flying by.
