Shopping help

Since I am wearing a lot of dresses these days and I'm a little - ahem - less firm than normal, I need a slip. I am looking for something that is essentially a long, form-fitting, spaghetti-strapped tank. I prefer no shapewear because I don't want to wear anything too tight and it's also much more expensive. Oh, and if you've seen my boobs lately (or at all), you know there should be no shelf bra. I just want something to smooth out the grooves.

I want something like this, only not shapewear. Even at Macy's there's no category for "slips". It's either lingere or shapewear.

I did find this at Macy's but it seems like it would be too loose. Like something you would sleep in, not wear under a dress.

Please help.

Re: Shopping help

  • I have a form fitting slip that I got at Target that's exactly what you described.  It's like a long tank.  It's not shapewear but it's close to the body so I can wear it with more skimming dresses.

Of course I can't find it because their website is the devil, but I just grabbed it in the store because I was desperate for a slip.  Maybe it's similar to this one but mine is nude.

  • I saw one last night but it was way too tight and had an itt bitty shelf bra. But there was literally just one. Would you mind checking the brand for me? Thanks.
