Someone should have warned me
I finally started reading The Hunger Games. No one warned me that, once you get to a certain point in the book, it is very hard to stop reading! I don't want to work. I just want to finish it!
Re: Someone should have warned me
Oh, yeah, sorry.
You can't put it down. it's awful.
I got no sleep that night.
Yeah, I got my Hubbs to read it, and he finished all 3 it in a weekend... Its such a great book!
Oops
Yeah, I started at the beach and was starting book #3 when I was heading home.

I did the same thing, was done in 5 days.
I really wish I could drag books out and really enjoy them, but I don't have that kind of willpower. I read all seven Harry Potter books in 12 days. It was disgusting.

That's impressive.
I bought the newest Sookie Stackhouse book on Tuesday, and I "should" be done tonight unless I force myself to put it down lol

I just can't get myself to read Sookie Stackhouse anymore. I liked the first 4 books and then I thought they just got ridiculously bad. I've had the 10th one since it came out and I haven't even opened it. I need to give it another shot, but even the show kills me anymore.

I completely agree
I didn't like the first book and didn't read further into the series. I'm one of the few.
You should try Divergent next. I've heard it's better.
Me too. A few of my co-workers are reading it now, and it makes me want to re-read the series--for the 3rd time!
