We had our monthly team meeting today and we had our "ice breaker". They decided to have us tell everyone else a little known fact out ourselves.
So I tell them my little known fact and my Supervisor, MY SUPERVISOR says
"I thought you were going to tell us something exciting, Like you are pregnant!" and chuckles
Me:
I have never, ever, ever talked about ever wanting children, but since I have been married for more than a day, I guess I should be popping them out right about now, right?
This is just one, in my long list of people who want to dictact my repoductive life.
Re: S/o of annoying, nosey co irkers
I would have kept an extremely straight face and said, "Wow, that is extremely inappropriate. I can't believe you would say that to me" and stare him down until he felt as uncomfortable as he made you feel.
Urgh.

What is wrong with people?!
*headdesk*
My sup is a woman who I swear has no sense of social boundries
and we were in a group of about 17 of my peers
Everyone feels like because you are married you should do it the right way and have babies. But there are enough single people having kids so why pressure me.
I had someone call me to tell me their child just turned 15 years old on the first of the month and this is my wake-up call to have a baby. Mind you, she was 18 and I was 17 when she had him. I told her, "You are pressuring me to have kids. What if I can't have any?" Stopped her in her tracks.
Ugh. That's even worse! Women should know better! Fecking people!

I would have shot her the stink eye look for that immediately. Wow, the nerve of some people!
Agreed. I'm annoyed by this whole post. Like, really annoyed.
