My video phone has been messed up lately due to an upgrade and keeps shutting off spontaneously so needless to say, we have not been able to chat as much as we could and you can only go so far with texting (especially with his sense of humor).
It has been interesting to say the least.
It took one year of him chasing me before I say yes to date him and then we dated for 2 years after that. I broke his heart and he immediately joined the marine right after that. He wasn?t joking when he said he remembered every single detail about me and our time back then. He described everything from my hair to what I wore and said. This took me back down memory lane and I started to remember. He couldn?t help from calling me ?baby girl? like he did back then. It is incredibly cheesy but I would be lying if I said I wasn?t enjoying it. He still has that big personality and that sarcastic sense of humor as I always remember him having. He has never married and not in a committed relationship right now.
I am in California now and he is in Nevada. He wants to meet up in Vegas really bad and I am so tempted.
Am I crazy?

I would meet up with him!!! Sounds as though it would be fun!
I met up with my HS BF in Taiwan (he lives there) a couple of years ago.
We had a blast! I do not regret it, at all!

I got back together with my high school boyfriend right after my divorce and it was pretty awesome. Who knows if it would have worked out if we lived closer together...
I feel like I have to do this and let myself be free on an adventure. It is perfect timing for me after all.
I was thinking this but after our chats, we both had a very interesting creative crazy things that happened in the past 19 years and that makes me want to see him even more. It is like we connect on a different level becasue we both resonate what we gone through.
But... I am learning to have zero expectations... and it just one weekend is all I am looking for.
