I made breakfast for dinner. Bacon, pancakes w/maple syrup and sliced gouda.
Re: WFD?
I took this picture yesterday but I'm having the same thing tonight: Cous cous with veggies, grapes and tomato juice with lemon in it.
Kids are having fish sticks and mac and cheese (bad mom alert) because I just can't be arsed tonight. I will probably eat something when my H gets in. What I don't know, we're at the end of the pay period so we haven't been shopping. Old Mother Hubbard right here.
So until then it's wine. Yah!
I LOVE breakfast for dinner.
We're having chicken taco salads.
Chicken fajitas with crunchy lime cabbage and avocado. It's my first time trying this recipe and I hope it turns out well.

I'm also craving a margarita. I'm debating whether to ask DH to stop for some margarita mix on the way home from work.

I just boiled some frozen spinach ravioli.
H's new job is taking up a lot of time right now since they haven't filled his old spot and he's doing both, so he's been working some seriously long hours. It was easy, but I'm excited to someday soon get away from the carryout and frozen meals and move back into some more thoughtfully prepared dishes.
I did make some veggie burgers the other day that were homemade and the best I've ever had. I'm sad we didn't have leftovers for tonight.
