If so, I will be happy.
It's easy to get all mired in the sad and self-pity and to get overwhelmed by everything. I've been there. The only solution is just knocking it off and moving on with your life (combined with medical intervention, if necessary); which is weird because it seems so logical and easy, but is sometimes really hard to do.
