Am I the only one who doesn't really like the dark look of these things? They create extra shadows or something that I don't particularly like about it. I feel like I am the only one who doesn't like them, based on how popular they are becoming.
I haven't used that app before (is it only for iPhones?) so I'm not sure if the darker images are standard or if people are changing them on purpose. Anyone use it?

I'm with you, OPS. I don't get the appeal. What's wrong with a naturally lit photo?
I may be in the minority, but I miss 35mm. I still have my camera that takes film, and still use it often.
I took a photog class in high school and loved the art of the darkroom and all the effort it took to get a really good pic. I guess I'm just old school
That being said, I do love my digital for certain things though. Being able to delete sucky pics and not have to pay for them is pretty sweet.

I am with Shorty on the whole darkroom, old school photo thing. Nothing like a classic!
( besides, why age your photos when they are going to age anyway?)
