Whole wheat pizza dough...and freezing?
I want to start making my own homemade (whoe wheat) dough. Does anyone have a fairly foolproof recipe? And is it easy to freeze in single-pizza portions?
And lastly, how do you defrost it (assuming it's a yeast recipe)?
Thanks!
Re: Whole wheat pizza dough...and freezing?
I've made this one and yes, freezing is easy. To defrost I take it out of the freezer before work, place on a baking sheet covered with plastic wrap and leave it on the stove/counter. When I get home from work it's ready to use.
