Important ML Question Inside

This wasn't on the FAQ section of the Wiki page so I need to ask:

Is it still a vowbeque if you had it catered? With wine (no beer)?

Re: Important ML Question Inside

  • I take umbrage with people serving BBQ catered or not at a wedding. BBQ is really messy and everyone should be in really nice clothes. Grease can easily ruin a suit or silk dress. :/

    only if you're a slob!

I ate a lobster clambake in my wedding dress and didn't get a single spot on it. Anyone can do.

But why would you wear really nice clothes to a bbq wedding anyway?

I get what you're saying. Would I be able to change your mind if I said it was actually smoked chicken breasts and smoked, pulled pork (dry)?

I don't know why this matters to me but I feel like I'm hiding a big ML secret that I had a vowbeque.

  • yup. I feel like I haven't been officially accepted as a MLer yet, so I guess I'm not afraid to admit that I had a vowbque or whatever. It was a new england clambake, catered, on the cape. Everyone got their own steak or lobster. Open bar wine and beer and cranberry mojitos.  ::shrugs:: I thought it was awesome!
