I've started my quest for fitness today!
I took J in the stroller for a good walk. It felt good! I've also dug out my postnatal yoga DVD and my 10 pound hand weights. I feel good about this and I'm ready! I'm starting slow, but I think that's the right way to do it.

Slow at this point is definintely the way to do it.
Actually, slow is the way I always do it. I gave up after 35 minutes of Zumba last night and I thought "well, Jillian Michaels would not be thrilled with my workout ethic."
Daycare is SO exhausting!
