The NARS Thakoon collex has a very bright one called Amchoor.
Hmm, I think am looking for something more neon. That looks more like primary color yellow from the pics online. Thanks for the rec, though!

You're right, the NARS one isn't really that neon.
There is this one from Orly called Glowstick, but again it looks sorta green to me.

Hmm, you're right, they both look sort of greenish online, the Orly one slightly less so. This may be one of those things I will just have to look at in person; thanks everyone!

I bought Revlon Zealous thinking it was neon green, but it actually looks very neon yellow (on my nails, at least). I do love that it's shimmery - not sure if that's what you're looking for or not.
