yeah... I'd be moving out after seeing 2 snakes...
Also, they signed paperwork acknowledging that they heard about the snake infestation. And there was a viral video on youtube showing the snakes! Dude, if I saw that and there was no guarantee from an exterminator showing work had been done to remediate the problem, no way am I taking the word of a REA.
