i've been watching "fitness transformation" videos on youtube
because i like watching the fatties become the exercise buffs. it makes me happy.
HOWEVER, if any of you people ever decide that at 5'7" and 140lbs you have "ballooned out of control" to the point where you need to make your own inspirational video, then we will cease to be internet acquaintances.

I'm 5'8" and I could never in a million years get to 140. The lowest I've been since I was 12 was 145 (after starving myself) and everyone told me I was too skinny. I guess I have a larger frame.
150 is my goal weight. (155 is more realistic.)
