Any of you ladies crafters-specifically in Eng.
I'm looking for a place that would sell tulle (the fabric). I ordered what I thought was enough online and when making my daughter's tutu for her birthday (in 3 days!) I realized I needed more. So, about a week ago I ordered some more and it's not here yet...I go online to check why and apparently I misread and it's not coming from the UK Grrr!! So, if any of you know where I could buy some that would be great as I need it fairly quickly and ordering online isn't really an option this late. I was thinking maybe Hobby Craft? If not I was gonna try to check the local market stalls and just hope that I get lucky...also someone mentioned maybe John Lewis because they have everything?! If anyone knows if any of those places would or of another that might I would really appreciate it. TIA

John Lewis sells material, but they are usually more expensive (although I did pnce buy seersucker on clearance there for ?5 a meter - it was a happy day). I think Hobby Craft only sells quilting material and its not cheap. Try this place - http://www.fabricland.co.uk/ - I usually go into their stores, so I have never ordered online, but I find them to be well priced, otherwise join your local Netmums - www.netmums.com and ask on there.
