Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think my office is part of the problem.
It's messy and disorganized and it makes me anxious. It's full of papers and crap that isn't even mine. I don't have a window, and nothing about it is welcoming.
I spent the morning cleaning off my desk, and its making me more stressed because I'm worried about what to do with the rest of the crap and if I should really throw away 989234 copies of outdated material.
Oh, and all of my labs came back normal. There is a very, very slim chance of anything being medically wrong with me.

having an organized work space is important for mental health. I'd get it organized, get everything out that is not yours, and decorate it nicely (including some full spectrum lighting).
You can get nice white cardboard bankers boxes at Office Depot, with lids and handles for way cheap, if you need to keep storage in your office. Otherwise, file it away and get it the hell out.
