I have three vintage Gucci handbags from my Grandma. Yes, they are real (serial numbers and all), but the insides are flaking, which is a common problem in older Gucci's (so I've read). Any time I use one, the contents of the bag get covered with the flakes. It ends up being a mess so I now avoid using them, but they are awesome and I want to use them.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

Take it to a luggage repair/cobbler sometimes they can sew you a new lining inside.
kararczyna, I hate this about Gucci, I had a newer wallet that start to fall apart after two years, when I took back to the Guuci store, they told me to just buy a new wallet!!!
You'd think spending this kind of money on an accessory would mean that it would actually last....
