Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

M ? chicken Scallopine with saffron cream sauce, fettucine
T ? girls? night out at Zake Sushi
W ? out at Vinoteca Poscol
T ? crispy apricot pork chops, herbes de Provence potatoes, green beans
F ? steak tacos, guacamole, black beans
S ? ABCLTs on Best Bread Machine bread, cucumber & tomato salad

  • Sun: chicken fried rice

    Mon: chicken with tomatoes and mushrooms, garlic mashed potatoes

    Tues: subs or pizza

    Wed: bacon burgers with bacon onion balsamic jam, cherry tomato salad

    Thurs: rosemary fried chicken, leftover sides

    Fri: taking my mom out to dinner for mother's day

    Sat: leftovers or take-out

  • Sat-Mon - OOT which will hopefully mean loads of seafood!

    Then some carry-overs:

    flank steak with sweet potatoes and corn on the cob

    greek chicken burgers

    chicken gnocchi soup

     

  • Gingered Eggplant Stew with cheese knots

    Mushroom Stroganoff  with Spring salad

    Mussels in white wine sauce with French Bread

    Pad Thai 

    Spinach walnut salad with fried cheese 

    Shrimp fra diavolo with tomatoes vinagrette

    and a night of leftovers.   

  • Su--Emeril's braised chicken thighs with button mushrooms, roasted asparagus, brown rice

    Mon--caprese sandwiches (DH is prepping)

    Tues--green beans with pears and bacon, rolls

    Wed--beef tacos (DH again)

    Thurs--jollof rice

     

  • Sunday - Chicago-style pizza

    Monday - leftovers

    Tuesday - roasted red pepper and tomato soup

    Wednesday - chipotle beef tacos

    Thursday - leftovers

    Friday - TBD
