Are any of you old enough to remember The Jetsons?
I wish I could push a button and a robot would come out of nowhere, scrub my kids from head to toe, put their PJ's on and tuck them in bed in under 30 seconds.
This is my Jetsons fantasy.
Re: Are any of you old enough to remember The Jetsons?
His boy, Elroy; daughter Judy; Jane, his wife.
I loved Rosie!
Forget-Me-Nots: Alaska State Flower
I would kill for a Rosie in my house. That was the robot's name, right?
I wanted to be jJudy
Just how young do you think we are here?
I would kill for a robot housekeeper right now.
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you. My Blog
I just want to fly around in cars, battlestar galactica style. For realz.
ETA: I am Cara Thrace biitches.
The Jetsons is on Boomerang Channel. E watches it now.
I was always struck by the beginning when George was dropping everyone off. He offers Jane a few bucks to go shopping and she takes the entire wallet and jettisons out of there. That always left me a little worried that George would get stuck somewhere because he didn't have enough money on him.
LOL maybe, but they originated in the 60's. I used to watch re-runs in the 70's when I was growing up. I was in college in the 90's.
Told you I was elderly.
Absolutely! And I take (fake) offence to the "old enough" part! I'm not even 30!*
ETA - Did The Jetsons and The Flintstones have a "mash up" special, or am I imagining that?
(* I turn 30 on Sunday. You gotta give me these last 2 days...)
LOL!
Yes! It was called The Jetsons Meet The Flintstones.
And I'm with you on the age thing. I turn 29 this summer and loved this show! I totally want a Rosie!
1/12 - Clomid + IUI = BFP, natural m/c
4/12 - surprise BFP!, missed m/c = D&C at 6 weeks
Yes! I used to watch them as a kid growing up in the 90s
