replacing some tiles??

I lurk here often but don't post much. I'm wondering if anyone has ever done this.

Our bathroom shower is tiled and the tile is in great condition. It's mainly white tiles but has a row of accent tiles I'm just not a fan of. It's not worthy of re-tiling the whole shower so I'm wondering if there is a way to replace just the accent row without doing to much damage to the rest.

We need to have the grout cleaned/repaired and re-sealed anyways so I though while we were at it we could do this too.
