I forgot wet sheets in the washer for a week
they stink so bad
Another wash in hot water will fix it, right?
Re: I forgot wet sheets in the washer for a week
Baking soda, lots of baking soda.
Good luck!!
If the baking soda is still there after the cycle, just run it through the rinse portion of the cycle again.
Aw man that sucks!

I find you have to dry them first, then rewash. I add washing soda to the second wash, and hot water wash and rinse.
Then, I high heat dry them, and if possible sunlight.
Boom no stink.
I don't think you need to dry them.
Put a little detergent and half a box of baking soda. They will freshen right up.
Yeah. I am soooo jealous!!!
I've done this, and I have a kid.
I don't like doing laundry.
Does anyone?
It sucks.
I think cleaning the bathrooms is worse though.
Yeah, our laundry only gets done bi-weekly.
I'd rather clean bathrooms. They're quicker.
You make an excellent point. Laundry never ends!!!
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you. My Blog
I usually go that long too. But I needed something washed for tomorrow's festivities. LOL
And that's my biggest issue. With a bathroom, it'll stay reasonably clean for a while. The laundry basket is never empty. Unless you go naked for a few days.
