The decision that was made wasn't in my favor but I'm keeping my chin up and I have a very strong suspicion that those who have taken over the program I was managing are going to run it into the ground. Either way, the program and the advisors are going to be under serious scrutiny for the time being.
There are some other issues coming up though and I'm not looking forward to seeing them pan out. There are issues of oversight and control of the organization and the solutions being offered are not in accordance with generally accepted guidelines governing nonprofits. The biggest issue is the org lacks legal counsel at this time. That needs to be rectified before the suggested changes can even be discussed. There are a few who don't agree with me on that though.
