Just finished the program and it feels great! I repeated weeks 4 and 8, so it took me 11 weeks. Getting from week 7-9 was definitely a challenge.
Next week is my 1st 5k running (I've walked several in the past). It's really amazing to think I could barely finish the 30 second runs in week 1.
I have a dr appt on Friday and I'm pretty sure I'll have also lost weight. I'm excited to keep going and signing up for a few more 5ks this year!

When I did c25k, I think it took me a total of 12-14 weeks. I always encourage people to repeat the tougher weeks if need be.
