How long did they really take to set?
I want to make them for Bunco tonight but I'm not sure there's enough time.

1. I never want to dig the innards out of another lime. Ever.
2. They didn't go in the fridge until 3:35. I'm a little worried. Worst case, they don't make it to Bunco and I enjoy them with H ma?ana during Cinco de Mayo: Part Segundo.
