people, i am going to eat and drink SO good (well?) tonight.
the husband made plans for us to go out to dinner and he picked the restaurant. it's a new italian place that i've not yet been too (very well reviewed).
i just looked at the menu online. YES!
i will be having a pimm's cup and some cheese and risotto and salad and panna cotta and a tart and some polenta and omg.

i pointed this out to the husband, but he didn't realize today was cinco de mayo when he made the plans. which i find hilarious. because it's . . . the fifth of may.
anyway, i choose to celebrate mexican democracy by embracing world cultures.

well.. I want to go without her. lol. I think I'm going to ask my mom to watch her next Saturday night so H and I can go to dinner.
that will be lovely if your mom can sit for you. also, i echo cleo --- this is the time to take her with you. once G hit about 3 months, he was no longer fun to bring along to nicer restaurants. but before that? we brought him out a lot. they literally sleep all the time which makes for a peaceful evening.
