Everything about me this afternoon was stupid
Went outside for a five mile run and it was HOT. I didn't check the temp but it's 90 now so it was probably warmer when I left.
I didn't hydrate at all today. I had two cups of coffee this morning and a glass of orange juice before I left. Total food consumption today - one bowl of cereal. Why? Because I'm an idiot, that's why.
So I get to the halfway point and realize that there's no way in hell that I'm going to be able to run back. Started walking home and threw up twice along the way.
