AW: My new RD dress and help me find shoes please!

This is my new dress:

 

I knew I'd worry about my other one being too short, too see through, etc. so I got this new one at F21 and will wear the other one to dinner on the HM.

 I found shoes at Aldo I absolutely loved but they made me taller than FI. So these are the top 2 contenders of the shoes I own but they're just kinda meh to me. I would love a matte black shoe for $100 or less but I know that's super specific so I'm open to anything lol
