Easy Greek or Greek inspired recipes?
I just remembered a restaurant in my hometown that I have gone to a couple times and got a craving for some, but can't make the long drive. So I thought about making some of it at home or something Greek inspired. Their Chicken souvlaki with tsatziki was wonderful and the red pepper hummus was yummy. I also like gyros, too. I have never attempted making greek food before. Anyone have any easy Greek or Greek inspired recipes?
