Need rotisserie chicken alternative for the crockpot...
I want to make a Penna alla Vodka-style meal tonight for MIL's visit but don't have time to go to grocery store (on a really tight schedule today).
I love rotisserie chickens from Costco since they shred so easily and seasoned so well. I know chickens shred well when cooked in a crockpot, but is there any way to season them so they taste like a rotisserie chicken but cooked in a crockpot?
I know I need to add liquid to the chicken in the crockpot, and I worry that all the seasoning I put on the chicken will essentially not season the chicken well enough...

Thanks for the recipe- could I use it for boneless skinless chicken breasts b/c that's what I've got
