While DH and I keep most of our shoes in our closets, the ones we use most frequently we keep on a stackable shoe rack. The only problem is that most of the shoe racks are angled, so if they have some sort of heel, it works fine. However, our shoes with non-heels (my flats, H's converse, sneakers, both of our Reef flip flops, etc) slide right off the shoe rack.
Does anyone have any ideas of how we can keep our non-heeled shoe neat and tidy on a rack? We don't have a lot of space in the area we keep them, so something stackable is ideal.
eta: It needs to be free standing (not attached to closet door, etc), and can hold 14-16 pairs of shoes (most non-heeled).
Here is what we use right now, and it's not working:
Re: Stackable shoe rack for flats/non-heels?
H has ones from Target at work for his golf shoes...they come in 2 sizes. I don't like the ones you PIP I feel like they fall through for some reason.
I can't find them but they are from Target. They come in dark brown, white or light brown. They are from closetmaid.
I have something like this that I like a lot. Since it is closed on top, you can also store stuff on it.

ETA: Also, the Container Store is having an organization sale which ends today!

Do you have room for this? It looks so much nicer than open shoe storage, IMO.

LOL- we actually do have this in our front foyer but we keep mittens/hats/scarves in it. We did look at the one you posted (when we eventually got the one we have in our foyer), but we wanted something that was open. The shoe rack we have now is located in our spare area so it's not seen to everyone
Thanks everyone for posting! I did some more research and found something that was flat (so non-heeled shoes won't shift forward) and was expandable and stackable.

I think this may work!
