No "office": where to display diploma?
Or is it time to pack it away.... It's not like I'm a recent grad...
Re: No "office": where to display diploma?
Mine's not on display.
DH's is in his work apartment, but that's because I needed stuff to hang on the walls, and I had his framed with a nice watercolor of campus so it loosely serves as "art" :P

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.

My husband's is on the gallery wall in our bedroom:

Neither of my diplomas are hung, and DH's undergrad isn't hung either.
Sadly I spent the $$ on the fancy frames for both, but never bothered to use them. I'm holding onto the frames now in case I need them for some DIY project, lol.

I have mine up in my classroom since that is kind of my "office". However, last year when I didn't have wall space in my classroom, I had mine up on a gallery wall.
This might be more of a new grad thing, but my friend made her degrees into a display with her tassels and honor collar (cape?).
Same here.

Mine are all framed and kept in a pile in a cupboard, the frame just helps keep it safe since they're the only record of your degree you get (transcript only shows "has met requirements to graduate")
Your post made me look at my transcripts (since they are in the cabinet by the computer). I have a BS and an M.Ed. from two different universities.
One of mine says "Degree (gives degree name) conferred (insert date)" and the other says "Degree (name) awarded (insert date)." Both confirm the degree and date.

Same
I checked mine as well, I have a copy of my transcripts from right after I graduated that has " Name has met requirement for BS Degree Name as of Date".
I then went online to look at a recent copy since it has been several years and it says that "Name received a BS Degree in Degree Name from the School of Equine and Animal Sciences on Date"
That's good. You're in a different country.
Mine's in my office at work.
Calvin's is on the wall in our "home office" bedroom.
I'd also consider an upstairs hallway as a possible location if we didn't have office walls to use.
