Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am thinking about inviting my Dad to come work with me for a week

Since before he retired he has been asking to come work with me. He even offered to take off of work for a month or three to come and "help" me.
Pros: He is brilliant and would be a huge help if he did what I asked. He could probably teach me some stuff to make my life easier and my business run smoother. He would have fun. It would make me happy to see him happy.
Cons (I feel like I am complaining about my diamond shoes being too tight): He loves to criticize (aka: help). He tells me on a regular basis that I need to make more money (even though I am earning more than I was last year at this time). I am afraid that he will try to take over and exceed the bounds of what he is permitted by law to do. I am afraid he would try to "help" my office mates.
