marathon PR and a toenail question
Ran the Flying Pig this morning in 3:50:29! 10 minute PR and 23 minute improvement on the same course last year. I'm thrilled, especially considering how freaking hot and humid it was. 90% humidity at the start, near 80 at the finish. Anyway, i'm pretty sure i'm losing a toenail. Do I just leave it alone until it falls off? I can still run with a missing toenail, right?
