Can I divide my perennials?

Specifically I have these plants that I need to either buy more of or, if I can, divide:

 Lavender

Candy Tuft (Iberis sempervirens)

Strawberry Sorbet, Dianthus

Lynchis, Catch Fly

Mouse-Ear Bellflower (Campanula cochlearifolia)

Foamflower (Tiarella wherryi)

Bellis Strawberries & Cream

Trying to help minimize landscaping costs this year if possible. Thanks!!
