s/o Where (on your body) is/are your tattoo(s)?
Are you happy with the placement?
Re: s/o Where (on your body) is/are your tattoo(s)?
I have one on my ankle.
I got it when I was 18. 19 years ago.
I would have chosen something totally different today, but it's not completely horrible.
Lower back, left wrist, right hip, left side of my waist, and upper right thigh. All are hidden with regular clothing, except the wrist, but it can be covered with jewelry.
*I am happy with the placement, I can keep them covered easily when I want to. I remember my mom once begged me to never get anything that would be seen when I would wear a wedding gown. At the time when she said that I though it was a little silly, but on my wedding day I realized what amazing advice that was. LOL
Back of my right shoulder, left armband, and right lower leg (a little higher than ankle).
They're all easily covered (although the armband not so much in warm weather). The one on the back of my shoulder was my first and remains my favorite. I really like the placement too.
Whenever I hear Chesh's IRL name I think "Scissor" --MontereyBride
lower back.
honestly, i forget it's there and now i kinda wish i never got it. just seems like a waste, i guess.
Right shoulder blade, inside of left upper arm, side of left ring finger, left hip, right hip, right calf, right ankle(t), inside of right ankle, inside of left ankle.
The only one I would consider changing is the one on my shoulder blade, and only because I never get to see it. I got it for my Mom, which makes it very meaningful, and I wish that I could look at it.
I think hip tattoos are extremely sexy and they only show when you're in a bathing suit or underwear. At least I can still see that one. lol My only worry about it is if/when i get pregnant, but I don't think hips stretch very much.
Tramp stamp (still love the tattoo, except it's scarred now from my back surgeries; in hindsight, I'd probably get it elsewhere), left wrist, outside edge of left foot (have to get this one redone/fixed/something), right inner ankle.
I want more. But first I'm working on fixing the foot.
I have one on my chest (upper left side), one on my left outer thigh, one on my left outer ankle, one on my left inner ankle, one on my right outer ankle and one on the top of my left foot.
I'm having the chest one removed, and I don't like the ankle ones, but I'm not going to the trouble of having them removed.
I love the thigh one and the foot one. Both can be easily covered. However, both hurt like a motherfuuucker.
Lower back. I eye roll at the tramp stamp thing. I wanted a place that wouldn't show when I didn't want it to, would never stretch or sag and was big enough for what I wanted. It was the perfect spot. I had the ink mixed to a color that looks like henna, so it's pretty inconspicuous on my dark skin. I sometimes ponder getting a copyright symbol on my inside right wrist. Maybe if I ever get around to a book.
I have one on my upper butt not visible even in a bathing suit, but I don't get to see it much either.
The other one is on a scar on my right arm that goes from the wrist bone up for about 3 inches. I am able to cover it if I want to with long sleeves or big or stacked bracelets when I wear short sleeve.
Soon to celebrate the day we met, even if the day before marks when we said goodbye.
