Awesome. I think if my DH ran with me like originally planned it would have been great. There were so many times that there were a bunch in front and a bunch behind but no one next to me. It was a local 5K. One of the running clubs did it.

It was great, I really enjoyed myself. It seemed to be a pretty casual group of runners since I think a lot of more 'serious' runners were doing the half/full the next day. I ran with my friend Annette, her first race in over a year and first post-baby. There were a few long/not very steep hills but since I'd not gotten to work with many hills in my training, those were really rough on me. But I finished in 38:21, and I'm trying to figure out my next goal!
