Is spaghetti squash kind of crunchy or did I undercook?

I think you undercooked.   We've never had it turn out crunchy.

LOL!  It is definitely undercooked.  Spaghetti squash should not be at all crunchy

I agree with PP.  What did you serve it with?  I need a good recipe for sauce to go with it!

Thanks ladies! Spaghetti Squash virgin here! Well, not anymore! Haha I made it again tonight and it's not crunchy at all! LOL

 

 and Mrs. Emily- I made it in spaghetti squash lasagna last week. this is where it was crunchy but it was still good! Tonight it's in spaghetti squash spaghetti- but with a white sauce? I'll let you know!

Its been crunchy whenever I made it.  I might be undercooked but I love the crunch.

Whenever I make it it's crunchier than pasta, but not like eating carrots or something.  I like a little bit of crunch.
