A couple of kid/family friendly recipes

I tried both of these recipes this past week and really liked them. My kids did, too.

One is a super-fast (once you thaw the puff pastry) quiche. I added half a cup of thawed broccoli cuts and it was yummy. I didn't bother rolling it out, and the egg mix ran over the edges a little; but it was great for lunch and/or dinner. DD1 called it "egg pizza." :)

Just made these for dinner with some leftover ham, and my four-year-old ate three of them.
